POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Scheduling

Booking – Requests for reservations must be made through Iris the Bubble Fairy’s website. Visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. The visit is NOT officially booked until the client pays the deposit, and receives a confirmation email for date, time, desired activities, and final payment quote from the Bubble Fairy. The Bubble Fairy will call the client the night before the party to review the Terms, sign the contract, confirm time and activities, and take care of any other last minute details.

After hours – Visits may be requested outside of posted hours through email. The Bubble Fairy reserves the right to approve or decline any and all of these requests.

​

Extras – Extra activities may be purchased at $50 - $60 per activity, depending on which activity is chosen. These extras must be chosen at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, higher rates may apply. Approval or disapproval of last minute additions will be decided by the bubble fairy. In some cases additions may not be possible.

Venue – Due to the nature of bubbles, where possible, it is recommended the client plan for the party to be outside. However, an indoor venue is sometimes possible. The bubble fairy will provide one 9’ x 12’ sized cover for the floor. Any extra covering of furniture, flooring, etc. is up to the client to provide. The Bubble Fairy and all of her affiliates are not responsible for ANY residue, damage, or injury (accidental or otherwise) caused by the bubbles, activities, supplies, party guests, or the Bubble Fairy herself. The descriptions of the activities include which ones would be adaptable for an indoor venue. The client is responsible for choosing activities acceptable for the venue.

TravelThe bubble fairy serves mainly the area of Colorado Springs, CO. She would love to travel further to accommodate your party. After the first 5 miles, there will be an additional charge of $0.50 per mile round trip added to the party cost. All mileage will be calculated from our business base which is in the zip code 80918.

Payment

Deposit – At the time of scheduling, the client will make a non-refundable $75 deposit to reserve the time.

Final payment – The client will receive an email with their final payment total prior to the party. The final payment may be collected any time before the night before the visit. The Bubble Fairy may adjust the final payment total after the entertainment time is over in order to take into account any last minute extra time or activities. The client is responsible for the entire final payment, including any over-time charges.

Payment Method – The client may pay using PayPal or Venmo. 

 

Arrival and Departure

Arrival – The Bubble Fairy will arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party and contact the client by text when she arrives. The client must meet the Bubble Fairy outside of the party before the entertainment time begins to make sure everything has been signed and agreed upon. The client will then specify how they would like the bubble fairy to enter the party.

Departure – After the entertainment time is finished, the Bubble Fairy will say goodbye to each child individually and pose for any individual or group pictures. Finally, the Bubble Fairy will finalize any payments or extra details with the client and then depart.

Cancellations and Refunds

The client must provide at least 24 hours notice for a visit cancellation. If proper notice is provided, then the client is not responsible for final payment. If the final payment has already been made, it will be refunded. In this case, the deposit is still non-refundable. 

 

In the event of last minute cancellations, the client is still responsible for full payment, and no refund will be provided.

 

In the unlikely event that the Bubble Fairy has to cancel a visit, she will provide as much notice as possible and give a full refund, including the deposit.
